The Harlowe

The Harlowe is envisioned as another exciting addition to the portfolio of towers launched nationally by Lamb Development Corporation and Fortress Real Developments. Situated at Bathurst and Richmond Streets, the project is 14 storeys and contains 218 units with premium finishes. The red brick exterior is designed to evoke memories of the neighbourhood’s rich and storied heritage past; this esthetic is further enhanced with the placement of cabling on the exterior as an homage to turn of the century construction.

This is the third project in Toronto with Lamb Development Corporation, headed by famed real estate impresario Brad J Lamb; his eponymous realty firm has completed over $8B in condo sales over the past 20 years with an immaculate track record for success. Sales launched in the summer of 2014.

Suites range from 489 sf to 1,535 sf, and were priced from the $260s at the project launch. Construction started in 2016 and occupancy is scheduled for early 2018.

The Harlowe’s location presents an exclusive opportunity to be minutes from the unique vibe and boutique shopping of Queen Street West, while having quick access to the Gardiner Expressway by car or the downtown core by streetcar. The downtown west remains one of the most desirable places to live in Toronto.
