Located on Bronson Street close to downtown, the project is located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to amenities including shops, lush parks and medical services. Planned as a residential condominium apartment with ground floor retail. Fortress partnered with Lamb Development Corp on this project in 2013 and exited its position in 2016.

Project Updates

January, 2015

The development team submitted a revised development application in October for evaluation by the City of Ottawa Urban Design Review Panel. The 21-storey, 212 unit apartment project is currently being contemplated as a rental as opposed to a condominium.

October, 2014

The development team took comments from the city and began revising some of the aspects of this project. The c-shaped building configuration has been eliminated, and a more traditional podium with tower above is now proposed. The building as currently planned is 21-storeys with 212 residential units and 175 parking spaces, all of which represent increases from the previous application. Several new renderings have been prepared.

July, 2014

The latest project from Brad Lamb in Ottawa is currently going through design and development phases. All zoning and planning submissions are under review with the municipality.

March, 2014

The planning and design teams are working simultaneously to prepare this project to go to market.
