West is now occupied and 86% sold. Model homes are

Brant Park is approximately 85% sold and occupancies have started. A fully furnished model suite is now complete, and remaining units start from $282,900.
Brant Park is now over 80% sold. The hording around the project
has come down, all stucco has been applied, all windows are in
and the concrete sidewalks are installed. Pre-delivery inspections
for purchasers have commenced, with occupancy scheduled to
start in the first quarter of 2016.
Bluescape Construction is installing the exterior cladding on Brant Park, which has been topped-off. Interior finishes are now being completed for a projected occupancy in the spring of 2016. All of the ground-floor retail space has been sold to an investment group, and Ashlar Urban Realty is currently pre-leasing the space on their behalf.

Construction continues at a brisk pace at The Brant Park, where concrete works and framing is currently taking place on the 9th floor of this 11-storey condominium building. Once topped off, windows and interior finishing will begin. Brad J Lamb Realty continues to sell units in this project without actively marketing the development, which demonstrates the strength of the location, design and builder reputation at the project.
Construction of the underground parking was completed in October. Bluescape Construction Management Inc. is working closely with the Lamb Development Corporation team on the project, which has now reached the second level.
Construction is moving quickly at Brant Park, as the underground levels are now complete and work has reached grade. This project is approaching 80% sold.
Shoring and excavation work is now complete at The Brant Park. A crane is now erected and work on the underground parking levels is underway. The project which is over 70% sold, will be releasing its final block of suites later this year.

Almost 75% of the way down, excavation is nearing completion at the Brant Park. The three underground levels will house 120 parking spaces for the residents and visitors.
With demolition complete, the project secured construction financing in late October. Site servicing has commenced and excavation is scheduled to start before the end of the year.
Demolition on site began in late July. The Blue Bird building off Adelaide Street West is no more, as the site and sales centre have been demolished, and the site has been cleared in anticipation of a fall construction start.
The project has achieved over 150 unit sales. Some minor site work has begun on site and as soon as the construction financing is finalized, demolition will begin. Plans are to have work starting on site this summer.
The project is currently 55% sold, with construction expected to start shortly.
The sales centre continues to be open six days a week. Financing has been committed for construction and a start date for demolition has been targeted for 2013.
A new set of drawings provided by their architects has been submitted to comply with the Ontario Municipal Board variances, which required them to submit the original proposed amenity area and provide grade bicycle parking. They are expecting to receive a revised report from the City in approximately 24 days.
The project was officially launched earlier in the month and sales are moving along very well.
