Julie Barnard has a wide range of knowledge and proficiency in real estate, holding positions in both inside and outside broker sales. In addition to her familiarity with real estate transactions, she also has project management and marketing experience.
A graduate of York University, Julie began her career with Milborne Real Estate Incorporated working with many of Toronto’s best-selling condominium apartment developers, including Lifetime, Alterra, Burnac and Camrost Felcorp. She credits these prominent developers with giving her an understanding of the effective strategies to utilize when marketing and selling new homes. She furthered her real estate know-how by working with Toronto’s top new condominium sales brokerage, Baker Real Estate Corporation, on an immensely successful project by Streetcar Developments. Julie most recently held a position running the new home sales department at TheRedPin.com, a sales brokerage with a ubiquitous online presence.
Julie is client-centric and prides herself on her knowledge of the Fortress projects, their advantages over the competition and how she can help prospective buyers maximize their purchasing power. She can work with clients looking for a home for themselves, or condo investors with short-term or long-term investment horizons.
